1. Product Information

1.1 Availability
All products are listed with their current availability status. Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Carlstone reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing.

1.2 Specifications
Products are made from quality materials with attention to detail. Material composition is stated on each individual product page. All items are manufactured according to stated specifications and inspected before shipment.

1.3 Stock Limitations
Stock levels may change in real time. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund. Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Ordering Process

2.1 Offer and Acceptance
Product listings constitute an invitation to purchase. A contract is formed when you complete checkout, submit your order, and receive order confirmation by email.

2.2 Order Confirmation
An automated confirmation is sent to your email. This confirms receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Carlstone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery region, or payment failure.

2.3 Payment
Payment is required at checkout. All prices are displayed in the selected currency. VAT is not applicable (art. 293 B du CGI). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final purchase. Payment is processed securely through third-party processors; Carlstone does not store your card information.

2.4 Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and other methods available at checkout.

3. Pricing and Taxes

3.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD as selected. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Promotional discounts apply only as advertised and cannot be combined unless specified.

3.2 Taxes and Duties
VAT is not applicable on Carlstone’s prices (art. 293 B du CGI), so no VAT is added at checkout. International customers may be subject to import duties or customs taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Methods and Timeline
Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or force majeure beyond reasonable control.

4.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate address information. Carlstone is not liable for delivery to incorrect addresses. Packages returned due to address errors may incur a reshipping charge.

4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your address.

4.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report lost packages within 30 days of expected delivery and damaged goods within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence and tracking information. Carlstone will work with the carrier to resolve the issue; replacement or refund is offered once the claim is approved.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for change of mind, wrong size or color, manufacturing defects, or items not as described. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

5.2 Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Non-returnable: custom or personalized items, items worn/washed/damaged by the customer, items without original tags, and final sale items.

5.3 Return Process
Contact hello@carlstone.club with your order number to obtain a return authorization and address. Ship the item back in original packaging. Once received and inspected, the refund is processed.

5.4 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection, credited to the original payment method. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Carlstone error or defect.

5.5 Defective Items
For defective items, contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. Carlstone will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

6. Warranty

6.1 Limited Warranty
Products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase, covering seam failures, zipper or button defects, and fabric manufacturing flaws.

6.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or negligence, damage from improper care or washing, fading from sun or washing, or shrinkage from improper care.

6.3 Claims
Contact Carlstone with proof of purchase and photographic evidence. Approved claims receive replacement or refund.

7. Product Care
Follow care instructions provided with the product. Wash in cold water with mild detergent, air dry, and avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high heat. Carlstone is not responsible for damage from improper care.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlstone is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data; business interruption; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; damages from third-party services; or damages from website downtime. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Carlstone and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission. Products may not be used for commercial purposes or resold without authorization.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in fraud, use the site for illegal activities, harass others, scrape data or automate purchases, resell without permission, post false or defamatory reviews, or attempt to access restricted areas. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Reviews
Customer reviews are moderated and may be edited for clarity or removed if inappropriate. We may reject false, defamatory, or promotional reviews. By posting a review you grant Carlstone the right to display it. Reviews represent customer opinion only.

12. Data Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Order information is kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment, order communication, opted-in marketing, and legal or tax obligations.

13. Marketing Communications
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Marketing emails are sent only to opted-in subscribers and you may unsubscribe at any time; requests are processed within 48 hours.

14. Third-Party Services
This website uses third-party services for payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing. Carlstone is not responsible for third-party failures or policies and works with reputable providers to ensure security and reliability.

15. Website Availability
The website may be unavailable for maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions and will attempt to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
For disputes, contact hello@carlstone.club to attempt resolution. If informal resolution fails, consumers may use the free mediation services available under French and EU law, and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. These Terms are governed by French law, and proceedings are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and all other provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and individual order receipts, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.

18. Modification of Terms
Carlstone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
