The Founding Story
It started with a photograph.
In 1929, at the Merion Cricket Club in Pennsylvania, a Stanford student named Lionel O. competed in the Intercollegiate Championship. A photographer captured something no trophy could: calm focus, an elegant return, quiet confidence.
Carlstone was founded in 2025. We acquired that image and drew our emblem from it – the silhouette you see across everything we make.
Some moments outlast the people who lived them. This was one of them.
