3. Ordering Process

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier or at your delivery address, whichever occurs first. After delivery, you are responsible for the package.

- Report lost packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Report damaged goods within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence and tracking information
- Carlstone will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be offered once the claim is approved by the carrier
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color
- Manufacturing defects
- Items not as described
6.2 Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Not damaged by customer use or handling
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
- Items without original tags
- Items purchased during final sale/clearance
6.3 Return Process
- Contact Carlstone at hello@carlstone.club with your order number
- Obtain a return authorization and return shipping address
- Ship the item back in original packaging (customer bears return shipping cost unless defective)
- Once received and inspected, refund will be processed
6.4 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Refund does not include original shipping cost (non-refundable)
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Carlstone error or defect
6.5 Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence
- Carlstone will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping
- No inspection fee applies for legitimate defects
7. Warranty
7.1 Limited Warranty
Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Seam failures
- Zipper/button defects
- Fabric manufacturing flaws
7.2 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from improper care or washing
- Fading or color changes from sun exposure or washing
- Shrinkage from improper care
7.3 Warranty Claims
To claim warranty coverage:
- Contact Carlstone with proof of purchase and photographic evidence
- Item will be evaluated for coverage
- Approved claims receive replacement or refund
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlstone shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Damages from third-party services (payment processors, logistics partners)
- Damages from website downtime or technical errors
Maximum Liability: Carlstone’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Product Care and Maintenance
To maintain product quality:
- Follow care instructions provided with the product (if any)
- Wash in cold water with mild detergent
- Air dry to prevent shrinkage
- Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high heat
Carlstone is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
